I. Design thinking
1. Machine structure: 1. Welding host open platform, manual material discharge (side strip). 2. Rotation adopts 90 ° splitter (electromagnetic clutch, reducer, motor). 3. Automatic spot welding (4 points) is composed of servo and ball screw mechanism. 4. Welding mold is composed of 90 ° beryllium copper positioning. 5. The side strip automatic clamping and unloading device is composed. As shown in the figure.
2. Unloading device: It is composed of a four-square frame with X, Y, Z three-axis linkage mechanism, equipped with finger cylinder, clamping cylinder, rotating cylinder, etc. The unloading space is 1400×1400×1950. The stacking quantity is 500÷4×14=1750, and the five-station unloading adopts a single-sided form.
3. Brief description of double-station operation: manually place the edge strip in the specified mold, start the button, automatically clamp, push the material to the welding mold, the welding servo quickly moves the cylinder forward, automatically spot welds (4 points) and returns to the original position, the indexing plate rotates 90° for the second welding... and so on. 4. Production efficiency: double-station 6 pieces/minute.
